Home News #HackTheGerms Innovation Competition: 2017 Winners

News09/12/2017drasa_admin

Yesterday we participated in GEN Nigeria’s Closing Ceremony for Global Entrepreneurship Week (GEW).

It was a fun event celebrating innovation and entrepreneurship alongside some great food, music, and dancing!

But the highlight for us was announcing the winners of our #HackTheGerms Innovation Competition.

Last month, we hosted the #HackTheGerms Pitching Session for our 5 semi-finalists during Global Entrepreneurship Week (GEW) so it only made sense to bring the 3 finalists together and announce the winners during the GEW Closing Ceremony.

About Us

DRASA Health Trust is a public health organization working with government, local and international partners, community leaders, students, and health workers to promote adequate sanitation and hygiene, reduce and prevent the spread of infectious diseases, and strengthen Nigeria’s health security and emergency preparedness.

DRASA was established in memory of the late Dr. Ameyo Stella Adadevoh who identified and contained Nigeria's first Ebola patient, preventing a major outbreak, but lost her life in the process.
